While working at Verizon Value Brands, I was part of the cross-functional team behind The Wallet Experience for Total Wireless. I helped design a flexible billing system that puts users in control, with Wallet balance, plan changes, and Auto Pay made simple.

Pairty

Human Venture Capital Platform

As Lead Product and UX Designer, I helped shape the early foundation of the Pairty platform, a Web3 concept built around Human Venture Capital. I defined the brand identity, designed the marketing website, and created the initial design system while mapping the MVP product experience.
I translated a complex idea, where identity, reputation, and networks become measurable value, into clear user journeys, intuitive interfaces, and a cohesive product vision, working closely with developers and project leadership to bring the concept to life.

Privacy Central

As part of Verizon's Managing Journey team, I contributed to the design and evolution of Privacy Central, a unified privacy platform supporting Verizon Value Brands, including Total Wireless, Straight Talk, Tracfone, and Simple Mobile. I helped simplify complex privacy, compliance, and verification requirements into intuitive customer experiences, designing journeys that enabled users to understand their privacy rights, submit data requests, manage preferences, and access privacy-related information with greater confidence. Through close collaboration with Product Managers, Legal, Compliance, Accessibility, and Engineering teams, I helped create scalable privacy experiences that improved transparency, strengthened customer trust, and provided greater control over personal information across multiple brands.
