UX isn’t just usability.
It’s chemistry.
Every tap, scroll, or hesitation is a feeling.
I design for that — the invisible spark between people and products.
My work focuses on building clarity, trust, and delight into every interaction,
so experiences not only feel intuitive but resonate on an emotional level.
From strategy to detail, I translate complexity into moments that feel simple, human, and unforgettable.
Designing experiences
that feel human.
I design interactions that feel human, moments that don’t just work, but resonate. My background in journalism and marketing taught me how to tell stories with purpose. UX taught me how to listen, observe patterns, and design with empathy.
Every scroll or tap is a signal, and I turn those signals into connection.
The best design doesn’t just function, it connects.
It’s not about screens, but anticipating needs, reducing cognitive load,
and creating flow, the invisible choices that make experiences effortless.
I design for clarity, emotion, and outcomes,
because the best experiences don’t just work, they feel right.

Total Wireless
The Wallet Experience
While working at Verizon Value Brands, I was part of the cross-functional team behind The Wallet Experience for Total Wireless.
I helped design a flexible billing system that puts users in control, with Wallet balance, plan changes, and Auto Pay made simple.

Pairty
Human Venture Capital Platform
As Lead Product and UX Designer, I helped shape the early foundation of the Pairty platform, a Web3 concept built around Human Venture Capital.
I defined the brand identity, designed the marketing website, and created the initial design system while mapping the MVP product experience.
I translated a complex idea, where identity, reputation, and networks become measurable value, into clear user journeys, intuitive interfaces, and a cohesive product vision, working closely with developers and project leadership to bring the concept to life.
Contractor Marketplace
As Lead UX Designer, I drove the Pocket Contractor Marketplace from concept to launch, leading
research, mapping complex user flows, designing intuitive interfaces, and partnering with
engineering to deliver a seamless, scalable product. I uncovered critical pain points, translated
insights into bold design solutions, and shaped an experience that simplified hiring, built trust,
and empowered both contractors and customers with genuine control. This project highlights my
ability to transform complexity into simplicity, align cross-functional teams, and create digital
products that are not only functional but inspiring.
